Byrd Enterprises, LLC is excited to announce they have been awarded a contract from OmniLink Corporation, of Dallas, Texas, to fulfill the US Department of Health and Human Services, Program Support Center’s requirement for information technology (IT) services. Services include work in the following areas: communications, network and security operations centers, call center and help desk, desktop support, business application hosting, continuity of operations, disaster readiness and response, first responder, and operations and support. OmniLink is supporting Lockheed Martin Information Systems and Global Services on an $880 million, multiple award contract that was awarded to Lockheed and three other companies in August 2009. OmniLink was hired by Lockheed Martin, to source, recruit, hire, and on-board hard-to-fill, quick-turn Health and Human Services (HHS) staff requirements. OmniLink approached Byrd Enterprises to take advantage of our experience and proven capabilities in sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding personnel. By contracting for our services OmniLink felt they would have a greater chance for success in staffing experienced IT personnel for HHS customers in Maryland, Texas, and Washington DC.
